Callington Mill, built in 1837, offers a fascinating insight into the enterprising colonial past, producing flour ground from locally grown grain, just as it was over 170 years ago. Set within the beautiful village of Oatlands, with a largely intact Georgian streetscape unique in Australia, Callington Mill, its sails gently turning in the wind, is not to be missed.
